Watermelon is a well known fruit but it is not really consumed by many people due to their belief as it's just a big ball-like water log(about 96% water content) and sugar filled fruit thus, absolutely ignorant of the fruit's health benefits. And some it is because, their first bite went wrong; they did it with the one that was not well ripped.
However,despite the popular belief that watermelon is just water and sugar,the fruit is actually a nutrient dense fruit. It provides high levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants meanwhile just a little amount of calories.
Watermelon is absolutely refreshing, its sweettaste on a hot day is something everyone can enjoy. But the paramount is, its health benefits when often consumed though,not in excessive amount but moderate.
